Well, wouldn't this have come in handy during Lockdown when none of us could get to the dentist?!

This rather macabre dentist's extraction set is contained within it's original pouch and contains 7 extraction instruments together with a small, long handled mirror
The pouch and instruments are all marked with the maker's name S Maw & Son.
Originating in London during the 1870's, the Maw name was synonymous up until the 1940's when it was renamed Maws Pharmacy Supplies Limited. The company name of S Maw & Son existed from 1960-1870, meaning these instruments really do have some age, and could have seen plenty of extractions during their existence!
